About Write Connections

Kathleen Veth

	Kathleen Veth is a UPI Award-winning journalist whose articles have appeared in newspapers for more than two decades. A former editor of The Chelmsford Independent, her features have also been published in regional and national magazines. From 1991 to 1996, Kathleen was associate editor of an international business management newsletter dedicated to quality and productivity in service firms. She has guided several businesses and many entrepreneurs in their marketing efforts and continues to freelance articles, writing, editing, and marketing.

In 1995, Kathleen began Wedding Chronicles™ — personalized newsletters that introduce the bride’s family to the groom’s — before turning her attention to Corporate Chronicles™ and founding Write Connections. Some time ago, she developed an interactive Do-It-Yourself Publicity Workshop that she continues to present both publicly and privately.

In January 2004, Kathleen founded Creative Connections, a virtual collaborative of creative professionals. 

Georgess McHargue

A Harvard University graduate, Georgess McHargue worked for several years as an editor at Doubleday. Georgess (JORjes) has published more than two dozen books for young readers and adults, has been a contributor to the New York Times Book Review and a nominee for the National Book Award. With her husband, archaeologist Michael Roberts, she co-founded Timelines, Inc., a Littleton, Massachusetts-based firm serving clients in the area of historic preservation. She wrote the company’s Business Plan, served as its CEO for several years, and secured its certification as a woman-owned business.
